Oracelle on Values

E.g.,if we want to create an environment of open communication, it’s better to not keep our office door closed all the time or never be available for any meetings during the day. 

Sometimes, we get confronted with concepts that speak against our own ideals or we may have to cut short on certain values for a period of time, respectively aspects that we usually would like to prioritize move into the background, because we have to care for the financial sanity of our company or cater to the greater good of the team or the client.
Whether we always strictly follow our values or have to bend a bit sometimes - there is the one thing that makes value-oriented work so valuable to us: it encourages us to take responsibility for everything we do. 


Starting with a set of very unique and individual values and integrating them into our daily work makes us intentional about every task. . 
It is our aim at Oracelle to focus on a regenerative, cyclic and feminine way of working - which is a disruptive concept in a world of faster, better, more - the linear or even exponential growth. 
Especially in creating a truly new working culture, values serve again and again as a point to return and pause briefly. Taking the moment to consider if the current matter is what we want to support. If it serves our culture and big goal. Or if it is necessary to keep the company running, to learn, to connect or turn over. We often even ask ourselves if our values still serve or if we need to adapt. 

Long story short: 
There will be compromises needed and tough decisions to be made, it also takes time and reflection to truly work value-oriented. 

But it’s so worth it to keep the spirit up you once started with and stay connected to what’s valuable for you throughout.

Passion is our core value that lets us check if a project or task fits us and if we can and want to make a great contribution to its success with our expertise and full enthusiasm. 

Shape culture and change humanity to positive
Culture and humanity virtually merge, one shapes and forms the other, they are one. Changes in people cause changes in culture, and vice versa. It is about bringing relevant things to the fore and showing people a better alternative. We want to make the step towards the solutions in a modern and above all courageous way and share them.

We visualize what is often not (yet) visible. We do not take the first door that opens to us, but we take the one behind which we think we can expect the most. We are open to learn from and with each other.

Constantly learning and staying in the process also means making mistakes. However, these do not set us back, but bring us further forward. We trust our vision and our gut feeling.
